Accessing IWC Dental Practice

We are committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients, and offer affordable dental service billing.
We welcome Department of Veterans' Affairs cardholders.
We offer bulk-billed dental for children under the Dental Benefits Scheme. We can check eligibility. Just call 1300 492 492
We offer HICAPS fund claiming if you have private health insurance
IWC Dental Practice subscribes to the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights.

We offer sedation dentistry, using laughing gas (nitrous oxide) that relaxes our clients / patients.
Consultations are usually 30 minutes but longer appointments are available where required. At the discretion of the dentist, home and nursing home visits may be arranged with our reception staff. To make an appointment please call IWC Dental on 1300 492 492.
We have a stand-by system for urgent appointments. Children with worrying dental pain will be seen at the earliest available opportunity.
Keeping Your Appointments On Time
If you have multiple issues that need to be addressed with the dentist, please inform the reception staff at the time of booking to allow for a longer consultation time. Our reception staff can assist with appointment times required and payments.
Should you require a translator or interpreter please advise reception and they will arrange a time convenient to book one for you.
If you have a suggestion on how we can improve the practice, we would like to hear about it. You may wish to complete a patient compliments/complaints/feedback form available in the waiting area and place in the locked box located in the front waiting area or post to Management of IWC.
Our practice is committed to preventive care. We may issue you with a recall notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.
