Pivot your Diabetes
About the Program
Our program is proudly led by a dynamic team of two highly skilled Accredited Practising Dietitians, both of whom are also dedicated Credentialed Diabetes Educators (CDEs). This group is truly unique because it is the only group in Bundaberg spearheaded by a team of CDEs.
But that's not all. We've got some special guests lined up to further enrich your experience. Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to interact with a knowledgeable pharmacist who can provide valuable insights on medication management. Additionally, we've invited an exercise physiologist to help you discover the power of physical activity in your journey toward better health.
