Getting You There
We run a complimentary transport service within a 7km radius of our Bundaberg Health and Wellbeing Centre. Transport can also be arranged to support clients attending our North Burnett Centre.
Bookings for this service are essential and can be made when making your medical appointment.
Children are welcome on the transport service, and those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorised adult. The adult must stay with the child throughout the visit.
If you have booked transport, but no longer require the service, please give us a call and let us know with as much notice as possible.
Under our Did Not Attend (DNA) process, if you are not available when the courtesy car arrives to collect you, or you do not require the service on its arrival, you may be denied future transport services.
