Indigenous Stepped Care Program

The Indigenous Stepped Care Program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  


The program provides culturally appropriate care coordination and mental health support services to  clients in a 

community setting, including clients with low-intensity to high-intensity mental health  needs. 


The Indigenous Stepped Care Program is open to eligible clients in the Bundaberg and North Burnett Local 

Government Areas (LGA) and the Discovery Coast region at no cost to the client.   


It is available through referral by a GP. The program brochure, GP Referral Process document and the Mental Health Intake Form can all be downloaded here.
