Classes

Fit 4 Seniors
Our Fit 4 Seniors classes are designed to keep you moving, strong, and confident in your everyday life. Each session focuses on improving balance, mobility, and strength in a safe, supportive environment — with plenty of laughs along the way! Classes run from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, with the final part of the morning reserved for a friendly catch-up over a cuppa. It’s a great way to connect, make new friends, and celebrate your progress. Fit 4 Seniors is held twice a week and is free for IWC gym members, or $15 for non-members. Classes are capped at 10 participants per session, so bookings are essential.
Mat Pilates (Beginners and Intermediate)
Mat Pilates is a gentle yet effective way to stretch, strengthen, and re-align your body. Designed for all ability levels, these classes focus on improving posture, flexibility, and core stability — helping you move more freely and feel your best. Pilates is included in your IWC gym membership, or $15 for non-members. Everyone is welcome, and modifications are available for all fitness levels and abilities. Pilates is safe for everybody — if you have an injury or specific concern, just let Gay know and she’ll tailor the session to suit your needs.
Beginners Pilates Program
Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after a break, this 6-week course is designed to build your confidence and understanding from the ground up. Across six guided sessions, Gay will not only take you through each exercise but also explain how they support your body, improve strength and mobility, and prepare you for higher-intensity Pilates classes. The 6-week course costs $90 and is open to everyone — members and non-members alike. It’s a great way to start your Pilates journey in a supportive and educational environment.
Circuit Class
Our Circuit Class is a fun, full-body workout designed to boost your strength, stamina, and confidence — no matter your fitness level. In small, supportive groups, you’ll move through a series of stations that challenge different muscle groups and keep your heart rate up. With guidance from our friendly trainers, you can go at your own pace while still feeling the energy and motivation of the group. This is more than just a workout — it’s about showing up for your health, connecting with others, and celebrating progress, big or small, every time you come in.
Power Pilates
Power Pilates is all about building strength from the inside out. This dynamic, full-body workout blends traditional Pilates movements with a little extra intensity to improve core strength, stability, and posture — while leaving you feeling energised and empowered. With small class sizes and a supportive instructors, you’ll experience a fast paced, flowing class to reconnect with your body, boost your wellbeing, and feel stronger every session.
Cardio Fit Ball
Get ready to move, bounce, and boost your energy in our Cardio Fit Ball class! This fun, low-impact workout combines rhythmic movements, balance challenges, and light resistance training using a fit ball to build strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. With music to keep you motivated and a supportive group around you, Cardio Fit Ball is a great way to show up for your health while having a laugh and connecting with others. Each session is adaptable to your fitness level, so you can work at your own pace and still feel the burn — and the fun!
