Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview
By entering the IWC Dental Health Quiz Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.

2. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is IWC (Indigenous Wellbeing Centre).

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents only.
• Employees of IWC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Dental Health Quiz during the promotional period.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• All entries must be received by 5:00 PM AEST on 22 August 2025.

5. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 4 August 2025 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 22 August 2025.

6. Prize Details
Total Prize Pool value: $520.

Two winners for the Adults Quiz will be randomly drawn:

• Adult 1st Prize Pack – Valued at $260, includes:

• Adult 2nd Prize Pack – Valued at $160, includes:

Two winners for the Kids Quiz will be randomly drawn:

Kids Prize Pack - valued at $50 each, includes:

• toothpaste dispenser
• mini travel kit
• crocodile dentist game
• slinky, colouring in and IWC colouring pencils, tooth key chain and tooth bracelet.

7. Winner Selection

• Winners will be drawn at random on 25 August 2025 from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
• The draw will be conducted at IWC Dental, 184 Barolin Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670.
• Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided on their entry form within 3 business days of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a redraw may take place.

8. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• IWC reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

9. Privacy

• Entry details will be used solely for the purposes of conducting this competition and will be handled in accordance with IWC’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

• IWC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
• By entering, participants agree to allow IWC Dental to use their name and/or image for promotional purposes, should they win, without compensation.

By participating in the “Your Voice, Our Future: Have Your Say” competition (“Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Indigenous Wellbeing Centre Ltd (IWC), ABN 96 356 361 867, located at 184 Barolin Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, contractors, or agencies directly associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion opens at 8:00 am AEST on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, and closes at 12:00 am midnight AEST on August 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, individuals must complete the “Your Voice, Our Future” Community Survey in full during the Promotion Period.
• Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize Details

• The total prize pool is equal to, or exceeds, a recommended retail value of $2,000 AUD.
• The specific prizes will be determined by the Promoter and may be subject to change. Prizes may consist of, but are not limited to, gift cards, vouchers, products, or event tickets.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

• The prize draw will take place by close of business on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the IWC Office, 184 Barolin Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670.
• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone by 5:00 pm AEST on September 4, 2025.
• Three (3) attempts will be made to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, the prize will be redrawn and a new winner selected.

7. Claiming Prizes

• Prizes must be claimed and collected from the IWC Office, 184 Barolin Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670 within 14 days of the winners being notified.
• If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.
• Prizes will not be posted or delivered.

8. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that tampers with the entry process.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the IWC Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at [Insert Privacy Policy Link].
• Information collected will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
