WHO WE ARE
IWC is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Non-Government and Charitable Organization. IWC operates as a "one stop shop" model that offers centralised management and administration across a range of programs. These programs are aimed at supporting and improving the health and wellbeing of Indigenous and Non-Indigenous communities across the Bundaberg, North Burnett and Fraser Coast Regions. Additionally, IWC "champions" enterprises that provide opportunities for employment, training and services that benefit the community.

IWC is committed to achieving our mission of improving the health and wellbeing of Indigenous and Non-Indigenous peoples. To fulfil our mission we share four core values of: quality and recognition; professionalism; teamwork; and performance accountability. We utilize a holistic approach to  build community capacity & provide greater opportunities for equity and equality.
